The contest is only open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia where permissible by law that are of legal age (at least 18 years old at the time of entry) in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Proof of residency and age may be required. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, or rules. Entrants are eligible to win 1 prize per prize period as follows:

The contest may be entered via the designation method (form completion) only during the promotion period. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per household. Multiple entries received from any person, or email address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be voided.

To enter the contest, complete the entry form. Follow the instructions on the screen. Any attempt to enter multiple entries by using multiple email accounts will result in disqualification. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. The sole determining factor of purposes of time for online entries will be 12:00am CST as denoted per each contest drawing. Online entries are deemed made by a natural person who is assigned to an e-mail by an Internet Service Access Provider. A potential winner maybe requested to provide Red Bicycle Books, LLC with proof that the potential winner is an authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. The prize will only be awarded to the authorized account holder.

By entering this contest, you forever waive any and all claims or cause of action against Red Bicycle Books LLC any companies or prize providers associated with the contest, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use, misuse of any prize, including but not limited to any injury or damage to persons or property, including death, which may be caused, indirectly or directly, in whole or part, from entrant's participation in contest, or receipt of the prize, including without limitation, any cancellation or postponement of any prize event or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize.

Red Bicycle Books reserves the right to modify the contest if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest in its sole discretion.

The prize is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied and the releasees as stated above. The contest winner will not be able to return the prize. Prizes are not transferrable under any circumstance.

If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the contest, if any technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, Red Bicycle Books, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or interferes with the entry process), and to terminate, modify or cancel the contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of a cancellation, Red Bicycle Books, LLC reserves the right to award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Red Bicycle Books, LLC in no way promotes illegal acts, any any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified.
