Victoria is the founder of Red Bicycle Books where she enjoys assisting first-time authors and publishes her literary works.  Graduated summa cum laude with an MBA and BBA, she has over 20 years of professional writing experience in B2B advertising, technical writing, and personal writing in multiple genres.

Understanding we have only this moment to make each day count, she launched the blog Cheer Up Whine Down to celebrate the legacy of our lives we leave each day in a positive way.  She is also an active musician and artist.
