Poetry Moves Us Official Submission Rules
Official Submission Dates: Poetry submission is open March 1, 2025 with a final submission date of July 31st 2025 12:00am CST. Poetry submitted past the deadline will not be included in the 2025 issue, but will be considered for the next year's issue.
Participation: Poetry is open to participants age 12 and up and all over the world. ​Poetry must be submitted in English. A poet may submit up to three poems of any length to be featured in Poetry Moves Us magazine. All poems submitted must be original work. Poetry that is copied, plagarized, or from other sources, including AI, will not be accepted. The poet must certify the poetry is of original work.
Poetry that is considered offensive, promotes acts of violence or hate, will not be accepted. Red Bicycle Books, LLC reserves the right to refuse to publish poetry with or without written notice.
Poet Bio: A poet may include a brief 100 word or less bio about themselves. The poet name will be featured exactly as it is completed in the submission form.
Editing: Poems will be featured exactly as they are submitted. Please edit and proofread poems prior to submission. Red Bicycle Books, LLC is not responsible for misspelled words, typos, grammatical errors, or punctuation errors.
Notification: Poets to be included in Poetry Moves Us will be notified via email.
Distribution: Poetry Moves Us will be featured on our News site as well as the Poetry Moves Us page. The publication is free and downloadable. Tag us in your social media profile.
Red Bicycle Books, LLC is not responsible for any delays including technological issues resulting from website malfunction. Any late poetry will not be accepted.
